You will receive an email with the connote details when we send stuff.
If we stuff up then we will change products and we will pay for the freight.
We never under any circumstances pay for labour or anything else even if it
is our fault. If something breaks and damages your vehicle or your self, we
only warranty the product itself.
If you want a refund on a product we have sent you, you will cop a 10%
paperwork, organizing and re-stocking fee plus freight costs originally to
you plus freight costs back to us. If it is a non stocked item you will be
up for freight costs that our supplier has charged us also. These fees are
only to cover costs. If you cancel your order straight away before we send
it to you or before we have ordered in a product then we will simply refund
you if payment has been made.
For non popular items that we need to order in we expect at least a 10%
deposit before it is ordered.
If a customer decides to yell at us or swear at us then we reserve the right
to refuse to freight it back to us for free, even if it is our fault. If we
have referred you to this section simply apologize for being pushy and call
us back and we will sort it out for you. You will find our service 2nd to
none and if we have stuffed up we will sort it out ASAP. We love what we do
and are only too happy to help.
